I am so curious what is going on here....Is Sho evil? Why is Ryo kind of afraid of him?

Oh gosh, Yoko starts to forget about his former - or I don't know how to call it otherwise, maybe real - life. Why is he there, and more important: Where is he?! I really want to know if it's a dream or if he is in coma, or really in a different world....who is Sho and how is he connected to Yoko. I sometimes want to shake him, because he knows much more, but isn't going to tell Yoko about it.
