Summary: Due to unknown circumstances Aiba suddenly finds a magic lantern. What will be revealed when he opens it? A mysterious creature tells them that it will stay with them...until they won't need it anymore. Where does this ghost come from? What's its meaning and its purpose?
Suddenly the boys find themselves in the middle of unbelievable occurrences... What will happen when they have to face, not only their biggest desires, but also their deepest problems, the personal ones but also those they have with each other...?

Ohno grumbled when the ringing of the door bell woke him up from his sleep. Not that he was sleeping well recently. He missed Nino… he missed the warm space next to him in his bed… he missed it that someone was around him… he missed it that he never felt alone even when they were not chatting with each other…

Actually he had never thought that he would miss Nino THAT much…

So, he wasn’t sleeping too well, but at least a few very limited hours he always managed it to doze off. And this here was an unwelcomed interruption. He sighed, opening the door… and… “Kazu?” he blinked.

Nino looked at him sheepishly. “Sorry to wake you up.”

Ohno was still staring at the other before he got his senses together again and stepped aside a bit to let Nino into his apartment. He sighed a bit, as he immediately recognized another figure passing him. Ghost…of course.

“So?” he sat down next to Nino on the couch. “Why are you here?”

Nino sighed. “I’m sorry…” he started.

Ohno’s eyes grew wide at that, he was already expecting the worst. He had missed Nino so much that the thought of loosing him forever did the most painful things to his heart. “It’s…I…” he paused here, feeling how the situation started to overwhelm him.

Nino put his hand on Ohno’s knee. “I’m sorry for needing more than five seconds for my decision.”

Ohno blinked at that for a moment, his eyes twitching a bit as he realised what Nino was saying here. He grabbed the other’s hand, stroking over it softly. “It’s okay.” he reassured him.

“I’m not sure if it is.” Nino smiled warily. “I can’t believe I even felt like needing time…”

“It’s not an easy decision…” Ohno tried to reassure his friend.

“I talked to my mother.” Nino interrupted him. “Before I came to your place.”

Ohno shook his head in disbelief and utter surprise. “You…you really did? I…but…” he looked at his friend in concern. “Is everything okay between you two?”

Nino’s fingers were brushing over Ohno’s face now, feeling the sensitive skin of his lips. “No…” he finally admitted. “…but she will accept it one day.” He smiled a bit, kissing Ohno softly. Then he looked at the other insistently. “I don’t want you to worry. That’s my problem and I’ll solve it with time… so… I don’t want you to be all worrying and concerned, okay?”

“Okay.” Ohno smiled back at him. In the end what made the two of them work so well together was the fact that they knew each other’s limits and when to give the other room. Nino smiled. There was no one who was better for him then Ohno.

Ohno grinned, his heart making a few joyful jumps. He couldn’t believe it that Nino was back at his side. He put his arms around the other’s shoulder, pulling an eyebrow up. “And what’s Ghost doing here?”

Nino turned around a bit, smiling at the figure behind him. Then his eyes grew wide. “Hey…what’s happening?”

Ohno blinked for a moment, looking into the same direction as Nino did. And gasped. “Hey…Ghost? Are you disappearing on purpose?” He knitted his eyebrows a bit, trying to concentrate, but the figure in front of them got more and more blurred.

“Honestly…what’s that?” Nino looked around in confusion when Ghost was totally gone.

“I’m still here…” Ghost suddenly said. “I just lost my shape for you… I’ll go to your other friends now…they are still having problems.”

“You lost your shape?” Nino blinked. “Why?”

“Because you two don’t need me anymore…”

Sho sighed when he put some cups and plates back into the cupboard. Jun had gone to bed again, sleeping now. But no matter what Sho did and how much he tossed around, it didn’t help…

Jun’s biggest wish was a…child?

A baby?

Being a father?

Out of all things Jun could have wished for…why a kid?

Sho rubbed over his head in desperation, wondering what he should do now.

“Sho-kun?”

Sho almost jumped at that, looking around stressfully, then he sighed in relief as he just found their ghost behind them. “Hi…” he forced a smile to his lips, looking at the ghost politely.

“You are in a bad mood?” Ghost asked, not really being diplomatic here.

Sho sighed. “I wouldn’t call it a bad mood… I’m just having…”

“…problems?” Ghost continued his sentence.

“Well… I have to think about several things…” Sho tried to explain without being too obvious.

Nevertheless Ghost got curious. “About what?” he wanted to know.

Sho rolled his eyes, trying to be annoyed. But somehow he couldn’t. This creature’s presence had something soothing. “Do you know Jun’s biggest wish?”

Ghost shrugged a bit. “I can’t read people’s mind.” he smiled, sounding a bit too innocent for Sho’s taste. “You have to tell me.”

Sho smiled weakly, not really caring who he was talking to right now. “He wants to have a child…” he explained. “His biggest dream is to become a father.”

Ghost blinked for a moment. “That’s a deep wish…” he mused. “It’s rare that people wish for something like that. Normally they want things that help them to achieve their goals. But a baby is something new.”

Sho smiled. “I know. It’s so like Jun to wish something like that. He is a great guy… and he would be gorgeous father.”

“But he can’t?” Ghost asked.

“Well…” Sho stuttered. “It’s something I can’t give him. The only thing.” he explained almost sadly. “But… maybe we can borrow my cousin’s child once in a while…she is always looking for a babysitter.” He paused. “And he will become the godfather of one of his friend’s babies. Or…” he stuttered a bit. “…a puppy… ” Sho sighed in frustration, biting his lips nervously, taking a sip from his tea „But…”

“But?” Ghost smiled. “It’s not the same, right?”

“No.” Sho rubbed over his forehead. “It’s not the same…”

“Maybe I can help you…” Ghost smiled inscrutably. “I can’t give you a baby though. It doesn’t work.”

Sho blinked. “Yes, I know. But how can you help us then?”

Ghost chuckled a bit. “There is a side-door… A grey area. Something that’s not exactly forbidden.”
